Registration Procedure
Each author is required to submit an abstract by the specified deadline. Following abstract submission, the organizing committee will issue an Abstract Acceptance Notification, inviting authors to submit their full manuscript for peer review.
All submitted full manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process to assess their scientific quality, originality, relevance to the conference scope, and compliance with the E3S Web of Conferences template. Based on the review results, authors will receive a Conditional Acceptance Notification, indicating that their manuscript is eligible for presentation at the conference.
Authors whose manuscripts receive conditional acceptance are required to pay the presentation (registration) fee in order to confirm their participation and proceed to the presentation stage. This fee covers conference attendance and administrative processing.
Please note that publication in the E3S Web of Conferences is subject to final acceptance, which will be granted after successful presentation at the conference and submission of a revised manuscript addressing reviewers’ comments, as well as final editorial checks including plagiarism screening, scope alignment, and formatting compliance. The number of papers accepted for publication is subject to the publisher’s quota; therefore, timely completion of all required steps is essential.
Participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting a manuscript may register directly via the registration link on the conference website and submit proof of payment.
